The Volunteer Journey

To ensure the best experience for both you and the community, we follow a simple four-step process:

1. Inquiry & Application: Fill out our brief interest form to tell us about your skills and availability.

2. Orientation: Attend a welcome session to learn about our mission, safety protocols, and the Adult Supervision structure that supports every project.

3. Skill Alignment: We match your interests (e.g., Green Initiatives or Digital Education) with the areas where the community needs you most.

4. Action & Growth: Start your first shift under the guidance of a mentor and begin tracking your Personal Progression milestones.
